The Partners of Clayton & McCulloh, P.A. created an innovative, courtesy resource for our clients and their management teams with the introduction of Client Services – believed to be the first in Central Florida if not the whole state, and still a rare service among Association Law Firms.
So what is Client Services?
Think of us as your own liaison to assist with administrative, non-legal affairs with Clayton & McCulloh Law. Client Services is a department of legal professionals, we are lay persons just like you; however, we also have a knowledge of the working systems and can help navigate you through your dealings with the Firm as well as basic statutory filing requirements for homeowner Associations in Florida.
Below is a summary of what we can provide for you, but not an exclusive one. If you need help with something not listed below, just ask.
- Maintain your client files for the Firm. This ranges from updating the Board members after elections, updating contact preferences, updating management changes, and compiling your in-house Governing Document file.
- Coordinate optional C&M service as your Registered Agent
- Send reminders to Board members for timely filing of your Association’s annual corporate report with the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations
- Recommend and process flat fee packages to save your Association with funds
- Basic assistance with billing concerns such as resending lost invoices or billing histories.
- Arrange appointments with and process support documents to your attorney
- Provide courtesy referrals for other vendor services upon request
- Registration for our elective webinars and referrals to a third party for certification and continuing education classes
- Email alerts to pertinent information for board members and managers of HOAs, COAs, Co-Ops and Manufactured Home Parks.
