County Appraisers:  Depending upon the County, there may a large variety of information available on your County Appraiser’s web-site.  Generally, each web-site will provide you the appraised values, homestead status, name and tax address for current owner, record owners, and whether the property is current on it tax bills.

About the Organization:

The Suncoast Chapter of CAI serves the educational, business and networking needs of community associations in the Tampa Bay area. Members include condominium, cooperative and homeowner associations as well as those who provide services and products to associations. The Suncoast Chapter has approximately 850 members including nearly 300 community associations and individual homeowners, 280 businesses and 230 managers and management companies. The chapter is one of 60 chapters in the country.

About the Organization:

Formed in 2010, the EPROC is a group made up of resident-owned communities in Pasco County. It provides educational opportunities for its members and a forum to share experiences and exchange ideas and information with other communities. We have had discussions on HOPA (the 55 and Older statute), pet management and enforcement of rules and deed restrictions, just to name a few.

About the Organization:

Formed in 1964 because a few farsighted individuals believed that the Community Associations could best contribute to society as a whole if they became knowledgeable about local government and projects. It was felt then, as well as now, that responsible citizens should be interested and involved in those things that reflect the needs and wishes of the citizenry. It recognized that not every Community Association had the time, energy and resources to dig into all facets of local government and those issues that affected their daily lives.
