Matthew Walker, Manager at the Country Club of Mount Dora

Rick nominated Matt saying: “Matt is very professional and knowledgeable, and is always available to speak with homeowners who may not understand our association's restrictions or bylaws. Matt explains our HOA rules and restrictions, why we have them, and the need for them to be enforced. This is a difficult area for some homeowners to understand but Matt has the ability to bridge the gap with our owners/non-conformers! As a new HOA Board Director, Matt has provided a wealth of knowledge to me and he is a pleasure to work with. I strongly believe that Matthew Walker is a Most Awesome Manager!”

Richard Blanchard, Vice President

of the Community Association for Capri

Denise nominated Richard highlighting his outstanding service to his neighbors saying: “Dick is dedicated to his community and neighbors! He has volunteered since the late 90's on the advisory, then board of directors, ARC, Rules and Reg. Dick is friendly and outgoing and is never too busy to help in any way needed. He takes phone calls and text messages at all hours of the day and night from residents, asking for assistance with maintenance issues at their homes, those that misplaced the code to the fitness center or clubhouse alarm code. Dick and his wife, volunteer at community events, help transport residents to parties and events when needed, has repaired many damaged or broken items, puts furniture together and more.  Dick is an outstanding board member, neighbor and an asset to our neighborhood!”
