Mobile Home Park and Co-Op Board Certification
Clayton & McCulloh is excited to announce that due to popular demand we will again be hosting a large Mobile Home Park Board Certification Class. Partner Russell Klemm will be presenting this course at the Cypress Golf Community Homeowners Association Clubhouse in Lake Alfred. The classes will cover: Board Members Responsibilities & Elections - including, but not limited to, such sub-topics as Fiduciary Duty, Budgets, Financial Reporting, & Insurance Requirements, Official Records, Meetings, & Collections; and Budgets & Reserves - including, but not limited to, Budget Meetings, Waiving Reserves, Annual Revenues, Financial Statements, and Audits.
