Trade Show Registration Form (Credit Card)

This is a two steps process. In this form you will fill out general information about your company. After you hit the submit button, you will get a confirmation page. From there you can click on the link that will take you to the Order form where you can select the type of sponsorship, booths and other options available for the trade show. We use PayPal as our interface for credit card payments. If you have an account with PayPal then you can use it, but if you don't then you can pay using your regular credit card information. The e-mail required at time of checkout should be the same e-mail entered at the bottom of this form, which is the e-mail where you will receive your payment confirmation.
