About Attorney Paul West:
Experience:
Paul was admitted to the Florida Bar Association in July 2000. He joined the team of Clayton & McCulloh in July 2009 where he practices in the areas of title insurance law, real estate collections, estate planning, probate and trust law. Paul was a licensed title escrow agent for eight years prior to becoming an attorney. Paul has been a licensed real estate broker in the state of Florida since 1976 specializing in commercial real estate leasing, buying and selling. He has earned the prestigious designation as a Certified Commercial and Investment Member, CCIMTM. Paul also has been a licensed mortgage broker in the state of Florida since 1982.
Educational Background:
Paul graduated from American Christian College earning a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies. He obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University’s School of Law.
Public Speaking Experience
Paul is a sought after speaker in the area of real estate law. He has been a frequent guest speaker at the annual Real Estate Law Symposium hosted by the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association and the Central Florida Real Estate Council.

Paul has been admitted to practice law in the U.S. Federal District Courts of the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida. He is an attorney member of Attorney’s Title Fund Services, LLC and a member of the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association. He currently serves as the Managing Member of several real estate investment LLC’s and the President of the Douglas Center (Commercial) Condominium Association. He is a past member of numerous boards and associations throughout Florida. He is also a past member of the REALTOR®s’ National Marketing Institute’s REALTOR®s Land Institute and its predecessor, the Farm and Land Institute. Paul has served as president of several title insurance and mortgage companies.
