RUSSELL KLEMM SPEAKS AT THE 12TH ANNUAL NEIGHBORHOODS CONFERENCE
Maitland, Fla. (September 26, 2002) Attorney Russell Klemm recently was a guest presenter for the Legal Issues Impacting Mandatory Homeowners Associations workshop at the 12th Annual Neighborhoods Conference sponsored by the City of Orlando Neighborhood Services Office in Orlando.
