About Attorney Jeff A. Stone:

Experience:

Jeff A. Stone was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2007 and currently practices law, primarily in Clayton & McCulloh’s Collections Department, drafting claims of liens and handling such matters as lien foreclosures. Although Jeff is a young attorney, he has worked with Clayton & McCulloh as a law clerk since 2005, gaining experience in most practice areas of the firm, including document drafting and interpretation.

Education:

Jeff graduated from the University of Illinois College of Law with this Juris Doctorate and received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Miami.

Experience in Speaking:

In addition to his appearances before the court, Jeff was an Editor for the Environmental Moot Court Competition at the University of Illinois College of Law. He also competed against moot court teams from across the country while representing his law school during the National Environmental Moot Court Competition. He has also spoken at the firm’s seminars.

Professional Associations: 

Jeff is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts. He is also a member in good standing with the Florida Bar Association, Space Coast Condominium Association, and Community Associations Institute.
