Experience:
David Davila joined Clayton & McCulloh in 2009, but has been practicing law since 2002. He is licensed and authorized to practice law in the State of Florida, the State of Georgia, and the State of South Carolina. David has experience in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, construction and lien disputes, contractual disputes, real estate law, Bankruptcy (debtor), foreclosure, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act litigation, as well as experience in real estate closing matters and title work. David also has extensive experience in Immigration law.
Education:
David received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from the University of South Florida and his Juris Doctorate from the Oklahoma City University School of Law, graduating Cum Laude.
Public Speaking Experience:
David was a member of the Moot Court Team while in Law School and has given speeches to the real estate community relating to issues in real estate closings and title work.
Professional Associations:
David is admitted in all Florida State Courts, Georgia State Courts and South Carolina State Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is also a member in good standing of the Florida Bar Association, the Georgia Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, the Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. David volunteers his time as a Mediator with the Citizen Dispute Resolution Program of the Orange County Bar Association. He is also a member of Community Associations Institute, Space Coast Condominium Association, and Northeast Community Association Managers.
