About Attorney Christopher P. Eri:
Experience:
Chris Eri was
admitted to the Florida Bar in 2002. As an attorney, he has
experience handling complex construction and commercial litigation
in multiple jurisdictions around the United States, having
represented clients and appearing pro hac vice in states such as
California, Texas, South Carolina, Wyoming, New Jersey, Illinois,
among others. He also has experience with general civil matters and
family law cases. Chris’ first experience with the legal system and
from behind the bench: he served as a Trial Court Staff Attorney to
the 5th Judicial Circuit, where he assisted the judges in
researching and drafting orders, judgements, and appellate
decisions. He now works in our Litigation Department, handling lien
foreclosures, covenant enforcement litigation, and civil and
commercial litigation. Christopher also handles construction related
matters for the firm, including drafting contracts, claims, notices,
and waivers, as well as construction and design related litigation.
Education:
Christopher graduated from Stetson
University College of Law with his Juris Doctorate and received his
Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the Stetson University
College of Arts and Sciences.
Experience
in Speaking:
Aside from his regular
appearance before the court, Christopher has also spoken before several
community organizations and was active in Model Senate during college.

Christopher is a member in
good standing of the American Bar Association, Florida Bar Association,
and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Christopher is a member of the Community Associations Institute of
Florida and the Space Coast Condominium Association.
