Attorney Carlos R. Arias:
Experience:
Carlos Arias was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2004. Mr. Arias is
also admitted to practice in federal court in the Northern, Southern
and Middle Districts of Florida. Mr. Arias has
experience handling general litigation matters and has practiced in
Clayton & McCulloh’s Litigation Department handling such matters as
eminent domain, lien foreclosure, mortgage foreclosure, bankruptcy,
fair housing complaints, discrimination complaints, contract
disputes and covenant enforcement. He has also been involved in real
estate closings,
document drafting and document interpretation.
Education:
Carlos graduated from the University of Denver College of Law with his
Juris Doctorate and received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science
from the University of Florida.
Experience
in Speaking:
In
addition to his appearances before the court, Carlos participated in
various moot court competitions including the DU v. CU Criminal Moot
Court Competition during college. He is a frequent speaker for Clayton &
McCulloh’s legal seminars. Carlos also speaks fluent Spanish.

Carlos is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts and the
Middle District (Federal). He is also certified to practice in
Bankruptcy court. Carlos is a member in good standing of the American
Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, and FDLA.
