Attorney Brian S. Hess:
Experience:
Brian S. Hess was
admitted to the Florida Bar in 2004 and has practiced law in Clayton
& McCulloh’s Collections Department drafting claims of liens and
handling such matters as lien foreclosures. He has drafted documents
for Community Associations regarding the Florida Marketable Record
Title Act. In providing legal services to Clayton & McCulloh’s
developer clients, he has performed a variety of Real Estate and
document drafting, including establishing corporate entities and
drafting Governing Documents for many types of Community
Associations. Although Brian is a young attorney, he has worked with
Clayton & McCulloh as a law clerk since 2001, gaining experience in
most practice areas of the firm, including document interpretation,
amending Governing Documents for Community Associations, and real
estate closings. Additionally, Brian has experience in working with
governmental special districts, specifically Community Development
Districts.
Educational
Background:
Brian graduated from the
University of Florida Levin College of Law with his Juris Doctorate and
received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with University
Honors from the University of Central Florida, graduating Magna Cum
Laude.

in Speaking:
Brian has been a guest
speaker in seminars and educational sessions that Clayton & McCulloh
sponsors throughout Central Florida.
Professional
Associations:
Brian is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts and the Middle
District of Florida. In January of 2008, he was appointed by the Lake
Mary City Commission to serve on the Local Planning Agency. He is also a
member in good standing of the Orange County and Florida Bar
Association. Brian is a member of the Community Associations Institute
of Florida, and the Space Coast Condominium Association.
