Clayton & McCulloh is thrilled to have Alan Schwartzseid who is a Martindale-Hubbell AV® rated Preeminent™ lawyer in the fields of real estate, litigation, and ethics join our firm as our superstar in our Collections Department.  Alan, who has been named as a Super Lawyers Rising Star annually since 2013, has spent the majority of his career aggressively prosecuting foreclosures and other complex litigation, on behalf of community associations. He began his career representing mortgage lenders in foreclosure cases, and also has significant experience prosecuting asset forfeiture cases on behalf of municipal police departments, defending personal injury and worker's compensation matters on behalf of municipalities, and addressing a multitude of other transactional and litigated matters for municipal, corporate, and individual clients.

In addition to his work on behalf of the firm's Community Association clientele, he also offers services as an attorney's fee expert, an impartial Circuit Civil mediator in foreclosure and other litigated and pre-suit matters, as well as non-party case evaluations, providing parties to litigation (and their counsel) an unbiased legal opinion as to the strengths and weaknesses of their case.

Alan received his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University, his Master of International Business degree from Florida Atlantic University, and his Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, with dual minors in Portuguese and Business Administration, from the University of Florida.

We are so excited to have this well known, respected, experienced Association Law attorney from South Florida join our team.  An added plus?
