How to Make a Reservation

 

Seating is limited and reservations are strongly suggested. These workshops fill up quickly! Please do not call the hotel to make a reservation for these seminars. Your reservation is not confirmed or guaranteed until we have received your check. Confirmation and reminder notices will be sent via e-mail. Payment must be received within three days of making the reservation or one week before the workshop.

You may reserve your seat in any of the following ways:

 

By Phone. You may call any of our offices.
                   In Brevard County, call (321) 777-0866
                   In the Daytona Beach area, call (386) 947-9996
                   In the Greater Orlando area, call (407) 875-2655
                   For all other areas, call toll free (888) 793-1486

 

If you wish to call after business hours, you may dial any of our offices or toll free number and request extension 125 and simply leave your name and association and a number where you can be reached during the day only. We will then return your call at our earliest convenience to collect the remainder of the information needed for registration. Please speak slowly and clearly when spelling your name and the name of your association. Payment must be received within three days of making the reservation. If the reservation is made one week before the workshop, we must receive payment no later than 48 hours prior to the workshop.

Via Our Web-Site. Our web-site is www.clayton-mcculloh.com. Upon visiting our homepage, look for the “Seminar” bar on the left-hand side that will guide you through the process. We must receive your check within three days of the date you made the reservation. If the reservation is made one week before the workshop, we must receive payment no later than 48 hours prior to the workshop.

By Fax. Please fax all reservations to our main office at (407) 875-3363 using one of the forms on Pages 8 and 9.

Mail. You may mail the completed appropriate reservation form (with your check) on Pages 8 and 9 to: Client Services Department, The Clayton & McCulloh Building, 1065 Maitland Center Commons Blvd., Maitland, FL 32751. Payment must be enclosed with the reservation.
