Client Services,
Arlene-Frances Ring:
Experience
Arlene
has more than twenty years' legal experience in corporate,
telecommunications, transportation, administrative, parimutual, real
property, and condominium and homeowner association law.
Prior to entering into the legal field, she was employed in Walt
Disney World's National Marketing Department.
In
addition, Arlene has served in many capacities on the boards of various
homeowners and condominiums associations in such positions as President,
Secretary, Treasurer, and Architectural Review Board Chairperson.
Other association related positions included:
Newsletter Chairperson, Welcoming Committee Chairperson, Document
Revision Committee Chairperson, and
Finance/Audit Committee.
Educational Background
Graduating
from Valencia Community College, she holds degrees in Paralegal Studies
and Business Management.
Experience in Speaking
Arlene
has been a speaker for Community Associations Institute, Space Coast
Condominium Association, Clayton & McCulloh's Community Association
Law Seminars, and the Orange County Neighborhood Partnership's Community
Conference. She has also
served as a guest speaker at many community association’s annual
meetings.
Published Work
She
has written for Clayton & McCulloh's publications and newsletter, “Association
Developments,” her college’s newspaper, and Walt Disney World
Co.’s employee publications. In
addition, her work has been featured in “Condo Management” magazine.
Professional Associations
She
is an affiliate member of
Real Property Section of the Florida Bar Association, Community
Associations Institute (CAI), and the Space Coast Condominium Association.
Arlene was the 1998 President
of CAI and is a former member on the Board of Directors and
she has also served as Membership Chairperson.
